8. Surface temperature: When the box is **0 °C, except the outside oven door, difference between surface temperature and room temperature in other parts is not higher than *0 °C.

Advantage:

Competitors temperature control error accuracy of the heating sheet  is ±3 degrees while ours is  within ±0.5 degrees.
